Gifts of the Season

Locals know this beloved fundraising event hosted by the Gallery in the Grove. It's usually the start of the Christmas shopping season in Lambton County.
The Gallery in the Grove is a volunteer-run gallery located at the library in Bright's Grove.
From November to mid December the gallery expands its gift shop and offers a large variety of handmade crafts and artwork.
It's an intimate and less crowded shopping experience.
The gallery is very close to my heart, especially the Gifts of the Season fundraising event. The gallery supports scholarships of high school students: a part of the sales will benefit young aspiring artists.
I'm proud that I'm part of Gifts of the Season again. Fourteen original paintings will decorate the walls of the upstairs gallery rooms and a variety of my popular art prints are available for purchase as well.
The reception night was a well-organized & festive evening and a great opportunity to meet a few of the fellow makers and "Friends of the Gallery". And I was finally able to show my mom, who is here for a visit from Germany, the gallery and a selection of my art.
Please make sure to visit the gallery this season and support local artists and artisans.
This will be my last event of 2023 and I hope a few of my paintings & prints will be under Christmas trees this year.
The gallery hours are:
Monday - Thursday 2pm-5pm
Friday -Saturday 11am-2pm
